Dr Arindra Nath Mishra works as an Assistant Professor at MDI Gurgaon. He is an award-winning researcher in the field of AI. His work on AI adoption received the best paper of the year award from Emerald Publishing in 2022.
He primarily works on issues and challenges related to NLP and LLMs. He has several research papers published in journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, American Business Review, Tourism Analysis, and International Journal of Human Computer Interaction. His paper on AI Adoption got the best paper award in 2022 from Emerald Publishing. He has also written articles related to other issues within the management domain.

Work Experience
He has also worked at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, before joining MDI Gurgaon. Prior to his academic career, he worked in business analyst roles at IBM and Cartesian Consulting.
